The Sumaze! family has some new additions.

Posted: 24/09/2019

Did you know that we now have a whole family of Sumaze! apps? These maths puzzle apps are designed to hone problem-solving skills and mathematical thinking. They’re all highly immersive and great fun.

Sumaze! Primary is aimed at 4–7 year old young mathematicians. Designed to develop mathematical thinking, it assumes no knowledge beyond being able to count to 20. It covers basic addition and subtraction, odds and evens, doubling, number bonds and multiples.

Sumaze! Primary was best app in Jo Morgan’s GEM Awards 2019.

“If you're a primary school teacher or a parent, definitely one to download
on a phone/tablet and try with the children.”

Sumaze! Adventure is aimed at maths enthusiasts aged 13+ and includes quadratics, simultaneous equations and more. It’s the first non-linear Sumaze game, and contains some exciting new gameplay mechanics and explores areas of mathematics not covered in any of the previous Sumaze! titles.

“I just wanted to let everyone know #SumazeAdventure is well worth paying for!”

“It doesn't look like I'll be getting much else done today...”

Sumaze! The original Sumaze! app, mother of the family, and three-star winner at Tech for Teachers Awards 2018. Includes puzzles using arithmetic, inequalities, the modulus function, indices, logarithms and primes.

"Greatest maths education app I've ever seen"

“Soon after downloading, it became obvious that it was going to be very addictive”

Sumaze 2! Brings in fractions, decimals and percentages.

“My teacher told us to download this. Brilliant!”

“Great app for 10-year-olds and up. Fun and addictive.”

There is a small charge for Sumaze! Primary and Sumaze! Adventure (we have to cover our costs), but Sumaze! and Sumaze2! are still free and you can play Sumaze! Primary in your browser for free online.
