MEI’s annual three-day conference for teachers of maths was held at the University of Bath at the end of June. More than 250 delegates attended and we’d like to say a huge ‘thank you’ to everyone who joined us with such active, enthusiastic participation.
We also extend our thanks to the speakers and session leaders who helped us to deliver the extensive programme; the feedback from delegates was overwhelmingly positive. Handouts from many of the sessions can now be downloaded from the MEI website.
Over the summer we’ve been reviewing the feedback. This was incredibly useful and is helping to shape our plans for the conference in 2020. Some of the comments we received are listed below. We always strive to make next year’s conference even better and are already planning ways to do this. Those who made suggestions and included an email address will have received an email describing what we hope to do next year as a result. If you have any other ideas please do let us know, and if you’d like to offer a session now is the time to get in touch.
We hope to see you at next year’s conference from 2-4 July at the University of Bath.
