30 new mathematics education strategic hubs are to be established across England over the next few months, with the aim of achieving excellence in mathematics education. These Maths Hubs will be facilitated by the NCETM. Each Hub will be led by an outstanding school with a record of excellent achievement in mathematics, in partnership with neighbouring schools and colleges, universities, and other organisations, maths experts and employers.
The DfE has outlined the criteria for schools eligible to apply, together with the application procedure. If your school is interested in taking a lead role, register with the DfE by 9 April.
