This one day course is for vocational teaching staff supporting learners who are working towards Functional Skills Mathematics qualifications at Entry Level, Level 1 or Level 2. It focuses on both the essential subject knowledge and strategies for problem solving. We share fresh approaches that can help learners to understand and remember strategies where other methods have not worked for them.
