Currently remote. Usually limited travel for some meetings.
An initial three-year term, this may be extended for two further three-year terms.
Four board meetings per year. There may also be occasions when an overnight stay will be required in order to attend a strategy day or trustee event.
Trustees will also chair or be a member of other key committees, with a commitment of about one meeting per month; some of these meetings will be online.
This position is unremunerated. Expenses are reimbursed at cost.
Likely to take place in the final week of November or first week of December 2020
