Enhance your experience of Teaching GCSE Mathematics Live by registering for Teaching GCSE Mathematics Extra.

These sessions are an extension of what you learned in our live course. The course covers material that is not covered in the live course and complements your previous learning. You must have completed the live course in the last year to be able to enrol on this course. The sessions will support your progression to become more confident in teaching GCSE maths.

8 Pre-recorded sessions 

The course is offered via MEI’s Integral learning platform and features 8 pre-recorded sessions. Each self-paced session will also include PowerPoints and Workbooks to support your learning.

Teaching GCSE Mathematics Extra is only available to teachers who have already complete the Teaching GCSE Mathematics live course.

The sessions will cover different topics that are not covered in our live course. As this is a on demand course with pre-recorded sessions, you will not have live online sessions with a tutor or networking opportunities.  

The course has been designed by experienced maths specialists and has the same high-quality standard as our live courses. The course will give you access to our Integral Learning Platform as well as PowerPoints and Workbooks to supplement the learning.

Yes, to sign up for this course, you will have to have completed the Live course (as of 2024). This is due to the course building on the previous learning from the live course and does not sit as a stand-alone course in its own right.  

You will have access to the course material for 1 year via MEI’s Integral learning platform.
