ABOUT DEBORAH
Deborah is responsible for overseeing MEI’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on website development, CRM implementation and digital communications management. She leads the design and execution of our online presence—from building and maintaining our website platforms to optimising user journeys, managing data flows through our CRM and translating service-offerings into clear digital content.
With a strong grounding in digital media and analytics, Deborah ensures our digital channels align with MEI’s mission to deliver support and services to the people and organisations who can benefit most. She works closely with the Marketing and Communications Manager and across cross-functional teams to ensure that every stakeholder touchpoint is efficient, responsive and user-centred.
Prior to joining MEI, Deborah gained experience in digital strategy and campaign management, bringing both technical capability and a communications mindset to her role. Outside of work, she continues to stay ahead of best practices in CRM integration, SEO and AI marketing.
