Board of Trustees

Trustees direct how MEI is run. They are responsible for MEI’s governance, strategy, and overall management, ensuring it fulfils its charitable purposes. The Board of Trustees is chaired by Victoria Pope and meets at least four times a year. The Board has two subcommittees: Finance, Audit and Risk (FAR), which advises the Board on finance, risk, contracts and technology; and People and Remuneration (PAR), which advises the Board on the recruitment and development of trustees as well as staff HR matters. Some trustees act as Link Trustees to various parts of the organisation.
