This session will introduce the Oak National Academy primary maths resources that have been developed by MEI as a curriculum partner.
We will explain how the resources can support and enhance maths teaching within your school. The session will cover the background and structure of the resources and their alignment with key national publications, as well as provide practical advice on how to use and adapt them for your classroom. It’s a great opportunity for maths leads, curriculum leads, senior leaders, and primary maths teachers to discover valuable tools and further support options.

The Oak National Academy is a free online educational platform offering thousands of lessons and resources for teachers to use within their classrooms. Aligned with the national curriculum, it provides video tutorials, quizzes, and worksheets across a range of subjects. Originally created during the COVID-19 pandemic, it supports remote learning, classroom teaching, and independent study.
MEI worked as a curriculum partner with Oak National Academy to develop full curriculum packages for maths across Key Stages 1 to 4. You can read more about MEIs collaboration with Oak National Academy as a curriculum partner on our website here.
The session will be suitable for maths subject leads, curriculum leads, senior leads and primary maths teachers who have an interest in using the Oak National Academy primary maths resources.
