Exhibit at the MEI Conference

We’re really excited to offer the opportunity to engage with secondary and post-16 maths educators at the exhibition taking place during the annual MEI Conference.

The exhibition runs across both days of the annual MEI Conference. We usually expect approximately 350+ practising secondary and post-16 maths teachers to attend across the two days, providing you with an excellent opportunity to network and showcase your products and services.

Exhibitor packages

You can book a single stand for either one or both days or a double stand for both days. A discount is available on single-stand bookings for not-for-profit organisations or those with an annual income of less than £100,000.

Stand bookings include:

  • 1 standard sized trestle table – 182cm (L) x 75cm (W) x 74cm (H)
  • 2 chairs
  • Refreshments and lunch for two exhibitors on a single stand, four exhibitors on double stands
  • 1 leaflet in delegate bags
  • A standard 13 amp power supply
  • WIFI

A 15% discount is available to not-for-profit organisations or for-profit organisations with annual income less than £100,000.
