The Advanced Mathematics Support Programme agrees to

Provide a programme of tuition for each student.
Provide the student(s) with access to the Integral online resources, including FM videos for the course being studied.
Provide the student(s) with regular feedback on progress made through topic assessments.
Provide predicted grades on request, subject to sufficient attendance and work completion on the part of the student(s).
Provide access to students’ marks through the integral teacher account
Put in place arrangements to safeguard your students. The MEI safeguarding policy can be seen at https://mei.org.uk/safeguarding . The designated safeguarding officer is Paul Chillingworth paul.chillingworth@mei.org.uk and he should be contacted if any concerns arise.

In order for us to fulfil our commitments we will need you to:

Make sure that the students that you have enrolled understand the expectations of the course and the time commitment that is needed to study Further Maths. They need to understand the nature of independent study and that they must be proactive. Students must attend the online sessions which will be scheduled in the early evening once a week and must complete the work set before this lesson so that they can contribute to it.
Designate a member of staff at your institution to supervise the student(s) during this course. This person should complete the application form and will be asked to follow up any cases where students have not attended lessons or have not completed work, and should be prepared to step in if problems arise. They and any additional teachers named on the application form will be able to monitor student progress through integral.
Provide examination centre services for your student(s) including entry for all appropriate examinations; your institution is responsible for the accuracy of examination entries and certification.
Agree to the fees for this course; this will normally be £400 per student per complete one-year online course. Invoices will be submitted a few days after an application has been received. Payments should be made to MEI. Refunds will not be made for students withdrawing after October half-term.
Provide a textbook for the student(s). This can be discussed with the course tutor.
Inform us via tuition@amsp.org.uk should a student leave the course.
Agree to allow contact to be made for an evaluation of the AMSP – this may include from an independent external evaluator.
Supply the results of Further Maths examinations taken by your student(s) upon request in August.
