Introducing ClassWiz+
ClassWiz+ is a new series of handsets that will be part of our wider ClassWiz calculator family. The range features a number of requested improvements in functionality, as well as broader changes designed with sustainability in mind.
It comprises:
- fx-83GT CW+: Our entry-level scientific calculator with upgraded menu operations.
- fx-85GT CW+: The ECO model, made from 45% to 90% recycled materials, plus solar power and the same functionality and updated operations as the fx-83GT CW+.
- fx-991CW+ UK: A UK-specific version of our most advanced scientific calculator, now with more capabilities and solar power.
The launch of ClassWiz+ is part of our ongoing mission to not only listen to teachers and students, but act on the feedback you’re giving us.
Explore the fx-CG100
Last April, Casio bridged the gap between scientific and graphing calculators with a standardised user interface! With a seamless transition from scientific to graphing models, students can navigate effortlessly, no need to relearn.
The fx-CG100 colour graphic calculator is part of our wider ClassWiz family and represents the culmination of four years of development work. It comes with a range of new features and functionality informed directly by feedback we’ve received from teachers and schools.
Highlights of the model include updateable software, an upgraded Format key and, crucially, a user interface (UI) that is consistent with the rest of the ClassWiz range. This is designed to enable an easier transition for students moving from a scientific to a graphic calculator.

If new technology feels challenging, our expert training simplifies it. We offer a free, one-hour skills training session via Zoom to help you and your colleagues use the fx-CG100 effectively. This practical session focuses on A-Level question demonstrations, giving you content you can use immediately in your next class.
In addition to training, ClassPad is a web-based teaching and learning environment. It enhances collaboration, visually demonstrates mathematical concepts. This ensures students learn effectively without having to adapt to new processes.
Finally, Casio provides a large collection of free, downloadable resources for UK schools. These include videos and PDFs that cover calculator use with popular GCSE and A-Level topics, making it easy to build your essential content library.
