Chocolate Miles

This lesson focuses on the distance that chocolate bars have to travel, starting from where the cocoa beans are grown all the way to chocolate factory where our favourite bars are made. The topics covered include solving involving measures, time and averages. Pupils will need to use estimation, rounding, mental and written calculations and perhaps make use of calculators.
