A level results day 2021

Posted on in News

It has been another very difficult year for education; however, some very positive news is that the numbers of students taking A levels in Mathematics (97,690, up 3.6%) and Further Mathematics (15,748, up 5.1%) have increased, and Mathematics continues to have a higher number of entries than any other A level subject. Core Maths numbers have also risen, reaching 12,116, an increase of 2.7% on the previous year.

Congratulations to all students on their hard work studying for qualifications in AS and A level Mathematics, AS and A level Further Mathematics, and Core Maths.

A huge ‘thank you’ to all the maths teachers who have supported students on these courses over the last two years, through such extremely challenging circumstances.
