MEI Desmos Maths Art Competition 2020

As part of Maths Week England 2020 MEI is running a Desmos Maths Art competition. Students can submit entries of their best Desmos Art, via their teachers, by Thursday 19th November.

Theme

The theme of this year's competition is The Environment.

Age categories and prizes

There will be two prizes in each of three age categories:

  • School years 7-9
  • School years 10-11
  • School years 12-13

The best artwork will be published on our website and our kind friends at Desmos are also providing the following prizes for each of the six winners:

  • Desmos swag-bag including a T-shirt for the student
  • Desmos T-shirt and socks for the teacher

Entries will only be accepted if they are submitted on behalf of students by teachers using a school/college email address. Entries can be submitted by emailling the following spreadsheet: Maths art competition entries template.
