Overview

This course is designed for new or aspiring FE maths leads who want to develop strong leadership and management skills, reflect on the demands of the role and lead their teams with confidence.

The course combines scheduled live tutorials with self-paced modules in a clear, structured sequence. Each cycle begins with a live online tutorial, followed by three short on-demand modules to complete between set dates. This pattern - tutorial, modules, tutorial - is repeated, allowing time to apply ideas between sessions while maintaining regular contact with your peers and tutor.
