Overview
MEI’s Individual Professional Development (IPD) courses enable self-paced learning, which means that you can continue your professional development at your own pace and at times that suit you.
Places on the course are fully funded by the Department for Education as part of our FE Maths CPD programme. This means that the course is free to teachers within FE settings in England who enrol students under the government’s Condition of Funding Policy.
Excellence in the teaching and learning of maths is vital to the aims and aspirations of further education and work-based learning. However, the diverse nature of the curricula, which can include Functional Skills, resit GCSE, Core Maths, and A level, and the plethora of new initiatives present a challenge for anyone co-ordinating this activity.
