MEI has recently released a fantastic set of free interactive classroom activities to support maths recovery at Key Stage 3.

The resources are divided into topics and units. Each unit includes a series of lessons comprising of a GeoGebra activity for use during the lesson and a GeoGebra activity suitable for independent student learning. Each lesson also comes with a lesson plan detailing the planning behind each question in the activities, together with the answers.

The first set of resources focus on algebra. Over the coming months the topics available will be expanded to include number, geometry and measure, ratio, and statistics and probability.

MEI is investing its own charitable reserves to develop these resources to support schools with Covid recovery and beyond.

Alongside the resources, we’re running a free live online session to introduce you to the resources, increase your confidence in using GeoGebra, and reflect on how these resources could be used to support your students.

Applications are now open and there are two session dates to choose from.
