The NCETM Maths Hubs and the AMSP continue to work together to develop a seamless offer for teachers of maths.
Our Maths Hub Work Groups and Programmes have been revised for 2025/26 and we’re excited for you to have the opportunity to develop even more skills and tools to support your level 3 students.
The level 3 Maths Work Groups are extended professional development programmes and are an ongoing collaboration between teachers from local schools and colleges.
There will be three programmes to choose from, with sessions running across England:
This is generally aimed at more experienced A level teachers, those who have high level of influence within their department, but due to the volume of places – we typically accept those teaching at A level.
For maths teachers with +2 years teaching Core Maths specifically.
New to Teaching Core Maths Programme
Those new to teaching Core Maths i.e. within the first two years of delivering Core Maths.
